MENTORING AND DEVELOPMENT

EXTERNAL PEER-TO-PEER CIRCLE (EPC)

The participants of this Circle comprise one Senior Level employee each from six different (and non-competing) companies; operating from various geographies; and with diverse ethnicities.

The EPC will be moderated by a senior Humanized Leadership Coach or a member of the Humanized Leadership Advisory Board.  They will oversee a rotating Chairmanship of the group amongst the participants; encourage insight sharing; develop support networks; and more.

INTERNAL MENTORING CIRCLE (IMC)

The participants of this Circle comprise six Mid-Level employees from a single organization who are on track for senior leadership positions; are from different divisions; are based in different geographies; and with diverse ethnicities.

The IMC will be chaired by a Mentor, who is a Senior Executive from within the organization.  None of the participants will have a direct or indirect reporting relationship with the Mentor thereby avoiding conflicts with annual appraisals, career counselling, etc.

CROSS-CULTURAL COLLABORATION CIRCLE (CCC)

The CCC is open to all employees at all levels within a single organization. It will have as its theme, “Real-Life Tips for Working in a Virtual World”.  Participants will enrol on the intranet portal on a voluntary basis.  They will share their tips as they apply to their specific country and culture based on several pre-defined headings.

No Senior Executive presence is required, but occasional participation by Senior Executives and active Moderators, will improve the longevity and usefulness of  the CCC.
